JTI’s goal is to improve trauma care from injury to recovery and outcomes for Queensland patients. This video, created in collaboration with QUT Creative Industries, tells the story of John, a patient from Goondiwindi who suffers a car accident. JTI’s vision for future healthcare is illustrated by narrating John’s journey through emergency, hospital and recovery services in the year 2032. This video envisages how the best possible care could be provided to patients like John using innovation, data visualisation, remote robotics, bio-fabrication and virtual care.
