Questions are the central microskill in collaborating for change. This training package distils the essence of solution focused, brief and narrative approaches to counselling. A structure for the approach is dramatised in a case discussion format and described in the manual. Three examples are used with segments illustrating a variety of techniques to join, build solutions and perform in an enhanced way.
